The affairs, property, and business of the Society are managed by
the Board of Directors which consists of the Officers and
Directors. The Board meets at least five times a year. Special
meetings may be called by the President or by a petition signed
by five members from the Board of Directors. Officers have the
authority to exercise for and on behalf of the Board of Directors
of the Society.
